SONIC_FPS, oh lol, it is not right. Do not rename ISO-image the "Sniper Elite 3" to BLES01981!!!

How to work Patcher? First - extracted Update "EP4040-BLES01981_00-SNIPERELITE30000-A0104-V0100-PE.pkg" to UPDATE folder and then renamed as BLES01981. Second - extracted ISO-image Sniper Elite 3.iso to folder the same name Sniper Elite 3 and then signed and copying files of Sniper Elite 3 foder to NPEG01981 folder. - By you unpacked the ISO-image BLES01981.iso to the same folder to BLES01981 (see the first item) Third - after signed and copying files of the foder Sniper Lite 3 to the folder NPEG01981, then unnecessary folder Sniper Lite 3 is deleted! - By you deleted the folder BLES01981 - This is the folder containing the extracted updates.

No need rename the ISO as a TitleID!!!
No need copy Update PKG to PS3!!!
Need copy to PS3 two folders - BLES01981 and NPEG01981.
Create ISO image again with a random name and run the patcher. You will understand what happens.
