WoW, Finally I saw Gran Turismo 6 running at 4.81 OFW PS3. The мagic is not just to use BCUS version, but you have to be signed to PSN before too.

Sorry, I can not say anything about this. I do not have a PSN account on any console... 
Maybe the problem is that vodka in Russia is used before this process? (And also during process, after process... and, sometimes, instead of it).
