Ну собственно тебе надо сделать два файла:

<PSP_DRIVE>:\seplugins\vsh.txt
<PSP_DRIVE>:\seplugins\game.txt

с вот такой строчкой внутри:
ms0:/seplugins/capture.prx

И всё появится.
